Toyota, one of the world’s most famous automotive brands approached BTC, having noticed that the number of labour hours they sold was lower than it might have been.

Primarily, we looked to enhance service by advising 3 dealerships within the Toyota network on follow-up strategies, parts analysis and general sales techniques. We then introduced autoVHC to maximise parts and labour sales.

As a result, Toyota saw red and amber work follow-ups increase, and were also able to identify new opportunities for sell-ups. In addition to practical advice and strategic insight, BTC enhanced Toyota's 3 dealerships' offering by installing autoVHC.

Fully operational within three weeks, this invaluable health check software helped increase labour hours sold per job from 2.2 hours to 2.8 – a growth of 23%. On top of increased year-to-date (YTD) figures, autoVHC boosted one service department’s bottom line by £55,650. Through amber work alone, £120,000 additional revenue was generated.
