With an eye on the current economic climate, Skoda dealers All Electric Birmingham asked us to help them improve performance in both new and used markets.

Through a 5-day Sales Efficiency Programme, which included workshop sessions, management coaching, toolkit development and training in lead conversion, BTC added £38,862 worth of sales visits to the balance sheet.

Our team of experts employed a ‘back to basics’ approach, focussing on increasing sales volumes and reducing overheads. After just six visits, the team increased enquiries by 163% and demonstrations by 222%.

The collective elements of our Programme provided staff at all levels with the necessary knowledge and confidence needed to take their sales processes onto the next level, as well as their profits.
