BTC was approached by the leading global car manufacturer Mazda, to address profitability issues in certain parts of their dealer network.

By reviewing sales and aftersales performance across the network, we were able to identify areas that could be improved. By doing so, we helped Mazda increase their average profit per dealer by £30,969.

Using our Profit Finder and Generator Programme, we pin-pointed unexplored opportunities and highlighted parts of the dealer network that needed assistance.

By setting structured targets between each consultation visit, we empowered Mazda to increase profit through more efficient selling techniques, better customer retention strategies and higher aspirations.

As a result, year-to-date (YTD) figures in labour, workshop efficiency and retail mix of work all increased. Coupled with a reduction of 11% in departmental expenses, Mazda saw a real difference in their profit margin.
